Content is general information, not legal, tax or investment advice. Prices, availability and terms are set by third parties and may change. We do not warrant any listing, or that you will find, rent or buy a property, or achieve a particular saving.
4. Your obligations
Use the site lawfully and personally, give accurate details, do not scrape it automatically, and do not misuse third-party contact data.
5. Contracts and precedence
These terms govern website use. A separate written service agreement prevails over them in case of conflict. Nothing here limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, including pre-contract information on services, fees and complaints.
