Fees and commissions

We charge only the fees and commissions in your written service agreement or order confirmation. Prices are in the stated currency and include applicable taxes and mandatory charges where indicated. Third-party costs, payment provider charges, bank fees and taxes are disclosed before order confirmation.

Service scope and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. No fee, commission or mandatory charge applies unless agreed in that document. Quotes are valid for the stated period. Changes to scope, timeline or price need written approval before extra work begins.

Payment terms

Invoices are payable within the period in the agreement. Late payment may suspend work after written notice. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks follow the agreement and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.

Transparency and advertising

Commercial advertising and promotional offers are identifiable, accurate and not misleading about services, fees, availability or results under Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996. We do not omit material fee or scope information. Provider identification and pre-contract information follow Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@futusetto.com or +380 738 676 0813 with your name, contract/order reference and details. We confirm receipt and aim to reply within 10 business days. If unresolved, use the dispute procedure in the agreement or apply to a competent Ukrainian authority or court.
